But it is difficult when someone misuses our professionalism, attitude & culture to sustain themselves in the market. To overcome this we have certain terms and conditions which may be required and used whenever required.
1. Company is not responsible for missing any expensive belongings of customers he/she has to take care of his/her belongings when they arrive in the studio, but our studio is under IP camera surveillance.
2. Vehicles equipped with front and rear bold guards never wash in an automatic plant. It will wash manually.
3. Company is not responsible for any damage to the Engine if the customer is required to detail the engine compartment, we will clean it at customer risk.
4. Company is not responsible for any damage in electrical/plastic parts/Glass/Metal body during cleaning manually and Automatically.
5. Company will not refund any amount if a customer failed to reach the studio as per the appointment time /date.
6. In case of an emergency, a customer can change their job work schedule for the next day. If he fails to reach the next day then the company will forbid his 100% amount and no refund will be given to the customer in that case.
